Junk mills are produced for high strength heat treated alloy. All mills are available as bit type or with optional fishing neck and hard surface wear pads. Large circulation ports and ample fluid channels provide cooling and efficient removal of cutting. Rugged junk mills make milling job easy even when cutting the toughest fish such as alloy-steel packer, squeeze tools, perforating guns,drill pipe, tool joints, reamer blades, and rock bits. Junk Mill are available with concave, convex, or flat bottoms in various combination of fishing necks and stabilizers. DX mills are available dressed with super tough ( crushed, sintered tungsten carbide.) For those customers who prefer to dress their own mill, we offer a complete line of mills without carbide dressing at a substantial savings. Our mills are available in standard sizes as well as special orders in any length or diameter.
